US Orders – USPS Priority Mail™ | 2-7 business days Please Note: Customers are responsible for any/all Duty and Customs Fees. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Non-custom orders placed Monday through Friday before noon EST typically ship within 24 hours. Non-custom orders placed after the cut-off time will typically ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. In some instances, processing time can take up to 72 hours. NOTE: Any orders placed during weekends, special promotions, and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-4 extra days for order processing.
To place a custom order for swimwear, visit our Fitted With SAS page to submit the required information. If you have already spoken to one of our representatives and have received an invoice with the total cost of your custom order, then you will only need to enter the measurements for eachcustom or customized swimsuit using the form on the Fitted With SAS page. Then, you can proceed with payment. If you have not yet received an invoice and would like to request one, then use the form to submit the information required for determining pricing.
Order fulfillment times for custom orders will vary but are typically very fast (less than 3 weeks)! We will keep you informed every step of the way and provide you with an estimated shipping date and tracking number once they become available.
Within 24 hours of shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your account Dashboard or visit the Track Order and monitor for order’s shipment activity, using both your Order ID and billing address.
We start processing orders immediately, so in most cases, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact our customer service team ASAP.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sas@sanyuusquared.com.
While this is very unlikely to occur, in the case of an incorrect item or wrong order being shipped to you, please contact us immediately via email to sas@sanyuusquared.com so we can send you a prepaid return label and get your correct items out ASAP. Please note: if the items are worn and/or washed despite the item being incorrect, we cannot offer an exchange for the incorrect shipped product. *Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for return or exchange.
